Room Service

Nil Ojeda and Álex Hawkers were about to open the most hyped pizzeria in Spain, and they asked us to build its brand from scratch. The idea: the luxury of a classic grand hotel, served with the soul of an Italian pizzeria.

We created a world of front desks, bellboys and room service, an elegant identity full of winks, where every pizza arrives as if you'd ordered it from the suite.

Since its private opening in September 2026, every table has been booked until January 2027.

1.Why dõlmen and not another studio?

These days anyone can generate something in seconds with AI, but taste and care can’t be automated. Pixel-perfect detail shows, even when you can’t quite say why, and that’s what really sets us apart.

We use technology to our advantage, but the judgement is ours. Design and code are also thought through together, we’re a small team and we speak plainly, so what gets approved is what goes live, saving you time and rounds of changes.

2.What kind of clients do you work with?

Projects that care about their image and their product, with ambition and a real drive to do things well, whatever the industry.

We’ve worked in hospitality, fashion and digital, from businesses just getting started to established brands. If you care about how what you do looks and feels, we speak the same language.

3.Can I hire you for just one part, like the website or the branding?

Yes. You can hire us for just the identity, just the website, or both working together. If you already have a brand, we build on it; if not, we create it and carry it through to the website consistently. Afterwards we can also take care of maintenance, content and social media.

4.What’s the process like?

We get straight to the point: no fifty calls or endless documents you’ll never use. One call to get to know each other, a proposal with fixed scope, timeline and price.

Then we use the Dõlmen method to shape strategy, design and development, delivered in phases with clear feedback at every step.

5.How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. As a rough guide, an identity takes 4 to 6 weeks, a website 3 to 6, and brand and website together 6 to 10. Your proposal includes a calendar with dates.

6.How much does it cost?

Every project is its own world and needs proper thought, so we don’t give numbers without knowing it first. In our first call we get to grips with what you need and, within 48 hours, we send you a proposal with fixed scope, timeline and price, with no surprises.

We always work with 50% upfront and the rest on delivery of the final files. On some projects we can defer or split the payment: just ask and we’ll find what works, because we’re flexible.

7.What happens when the project is finished?

We hand everything over neatly: final files, a usage guide and the live website, plus a training session so you can manage it yourself.

If you’d like to keep working with us, we offer maintenance, SEO and monthly content; if you’d rather run it yourself, it’s all yours.

8.Do you work with clients outside Spain?

Yes. We’re based between Spain and Germany and work remotely, in Spanish and English, with clients in other countries. Meetings happen over video call and deliveries are online.
